Felicity Holistic Care is proud to be a Registered NDIS provider

This means we meet the high standards required by the NDIA.

We can deliver services and supports to people who have their plan managed by the NDIA, as well as those who self-manage or use a third party.

OUR SERVICES

Our flexible, responsive services can meet the individual needs of older people, people with a disability, provide respite care, and care for people recovering from a hospital stay. We help you to live safely, actively, and independently in your own home and community.

We can provide services for as little as you need through to 24 hours a day, every day. You can select any and all of our care and support services.

Support Coordination

We can assist you to connect with informal, mainstream, and specialist services to support you build your independence and quality of life.

Level 3 Support Coordination

Our highly experienced and effective team can help manage your complex, challenging and high level of needs.

ATTENDANT CARE

Our TAC services include support in the home with a range of daily tasks, but can also include access to community,shopping assistance and transport to and from therapy.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM

Fun group activities to develop social skills, make friends and try new experiences in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

Assisting participants to participate actively in community, social, training and civic activities; includes supporting participants during these activities and developing participants’ ability to partake in these activities.

ADULT DAY PROGRAMS

NEW in 2024 – Empower yourself at our Disability Day Programs for adults. Art and Crafts, independent living skills, enriching day trips, fitness, mindfulness, and community participation. Achieve your goals for growth and connection.

ASSISTANCE WITH TRAVEL/TRANSPORT

Getting out and about is an important part of independent living.
For example, if you need to see a doctor, would like to catch a movie or even just visit a loved one or attend a family celebration, we can arrange the safe and comfortable transport you require.

SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING

Assistance within a shared or independent living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing, with a focus on developing skills of each individual.

PLAN MANAGEMENT

Let us take care of the time-consuming parts of managing finance of your NDIS plan, so you don’t have to.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

We will help you to develop, recover, improve and maintain the skills needed for your unique goals.

RESPITE CARE

If your regular carer is a family member or friend, you may want to take advantage of our dedicated respite care options and centres to provide you both with a well-deserved break.

DAILY PERSONAL ACTIVITIES

Assisting with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life. These individual supports can be provided in a range of environments, including but not limited to, the participant’s own home.

COMMUNITY NURSING CARE

Our nurses can provide you with assistance in general nursing care, medication management, and continence assessment.

ALLIED HEALTH THERAPY

Our Allied Health team includes dedicated Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists who are focused on a person-centred approach to ensure the best outcomes are achieved.
